In 2007 two young ambitious and successful consultants – Armen Bakhtin and Andrey Bazhanov after having considerable experience in “Big 4” decided to start up own business and founded PRIORITET  Law Firm. We dreamt about creating perfect in-house legal department for small and medium business.

Starting from standard business support, now we work with complicated issues: legal support of state purchases, IP-rights, Russian and international tax planning.

Interest to the state purchase is growing, and we progress in tender consulting and have agreement with banks relating to preferential terms to bank guarantees. At the beginning of 2021
our team consists of more than 60 qualified experts.

For seven consecutive years, we were included in TOP-50 of leading  law firms of Moscow, our experts published in the leading Russian media.
